Hierbij een korte update over het wel en wee in de Grashoek. Bord gestolen
Zoals u waarschijnlijk heeft gezien, ontbreekt ons Wijk Informatie Bord aan de ingang van de wijk. Het bestuur heeft bij de politie aangifte van diefstal gedaan. Momenteel denken we na over een opvolger van het bord. Algemene Leden Vergadering
Normaal gesproken houdt de buurtvereniging in februari de Algemene Leden Vergadering. Nu is dat nog niet gebeurd in verband met de beperkingen rondom COVID-19. We zullen u snel inlichten over de keuze die het bestuur gaat maken: uitstellen van de ALV (dat kan nog tot 1 november 2021), of het digitaal houden van de ALV. Houd uw mailbox in de gaten! We zijn in nauw overleg met de gemeente om te bepalen wanneer activiteiten weer mogelijk zijn. Nodeloos op te merken dat wij het énorm missen om leuke dingen te organiseren en u te ontmoeten. Tot snel!
Here is a short update about the ups and downs in the Grashoek.
Stolen sign As you have probably seen, our Neighbourhood Information Board is missing at the entrance to the neighbourhood. The board has reported the theft. We are currently thinking about a successor to the board.
General meeting Normally, the neighbourhood association holds the General Members Meeting in February. This has not yet happened due to the limitations surrounding COVID-19. We will quickly inform you about the choice the board will make: postpone the GMM (which is possible until November 1, 2021), or hold the GMM digitally. Keep an eye on your mailbox!
Activities We are in close consultation with the municipality to determine when activities are possible again. Needless to say that we miss it enormously to organize fun things and to meet you.
